Review (date Jan 27 2004
):
If you have to trace all changes in a MS SQL Server database, you should get acquainted with this product. It allows you to visually specify database objects that should be audited. In order to view the audit log, the product has a program with a rich set of filtering options: by event type, by date/time interval, by table, by application, etc. There is a form with detailed information for each event. To store the information, the program creates more than 10 additional tables in the database that allow you to generate reports using external tools because there are no internal reporting tools in the product.
