Price the cost-effectiveness analysis according to the proposed features and general impression of the program as well as comparing it with its main rivals. Documentation the quality of the documentation provided for the product, as well as the online documentation, the availability and usability of FAQ, troubleshooting guide, etc. Support how easy it is to get the support and what its quality is. How easy it is to send a message to the support or to access it by some other means: web-forums, the forum at the developer's site, etc. Compatibility the compatibility with standard technologies and solutions. The use and support of the industry standards, such as ODBC, OLE DB, ADO etc. How do we choose the programs for reviews?
